About The Role

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen bank engagement and partnership with banks
  • Lead, drive and execute sales campaigns
  • Coordinate and liaise with pre-sales and other internal stakeholders to support the onboarding and implementation of SWIFT solutions
  • Keep abreast of changing requirements of banks, identify cross - sell and up -sell opportunities
  • Be the champion and Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Shared Infrastructure Program. Work with corporate sales managers to define go - to - market plan through identification and promotion to targeted banks. Respond to related queries from banks e.g. on ordering and billing enquiries
  • Assist to run the workshop and training for banks and corporates
  • Keep track of progress of customers onboarding and usages
  • Work with banks and communication team on case studies, media communication or write - up to further promote SWIFT solutions

    Qualifications

    Qualifications
  • At least ten years' experience in the transaction banking industry, preferably in a product management and/ or sales role with in-depth exposure to China market and expertise in transactional banking and treasury services products
  • Ability to succeed in a diverse, multi-cultural environment and across geographies and teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills including at senior management
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English
