In charge of the clients services of institutional clients (insurance, bank,etc.)

1) Responsible for customer development, maintenance and daily service work, including visiting customers, providing financial consulting, providing after-sales service, etc., to improve customer satisfaction and stickiness;
2) Responsible for in-depth understanding of various customers, such as insurance, trust and bank funds pool, self-operated funds, wealth management funds for asset allocation, organize customer service activities, and promote company products and brands;
3) Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer information database, including potential customers, according to company requirements, collecting, sorting and analyzing customer financial management preferences, ensuring timely, effective and complete customer information data;
4) According to the sales tasks and objectives issued by the agency business department, develop a personal sales plan and strictly enforce it to ensure that sales targets are met;
5) Complete other tasks assigned by the company and superiors.

job requirements
1) Bachelor degree or above, more than five years working experience in the financial industry, and banking experience is preferred;
2) Familiar with all kinds of asset management business and the corresponding transaction structure of different counterparties, understand various financial derivatives, and have strong risk compliance awareness;
3) Strong writing skills, good communication and coordination skills;
4) The work attitude is positive and active, and can accept appropriate business trips, overtime work, etc.;
5) Have strong team awareness, obey all work arrangements, and have strong execution ability
