Marketing and Communication Manager(Indonesia/Thailand)

1、Define, plan and execute branding strategies and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in local market.
2、Manage and lead the team to execute annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans to aggressively meet business goals.
3、Take point on key projects, ensuring clarity in strategy, planning and execution, roles and responsibilities, objectives and KPIs.
4、Engage and work closely with third-party agencies and manage associated budgets, collaborate with teams across the business, to deliver highly effective marketing programs.
5、Prioritize allocation of local resources to execute and deliver marketing campaigns across advertising, content, social, and media with local branding/PR agencies.

1、定义、计划并实施品牌战略和活动,在本地市场内建立并保持品牌知名度。
2、管理并带领团队实施年度、季度和月度营销计划,努力达到业务目标。
3、负责关键项目,保证策略明确,计划及实施明确,职责明确以及目标和KPI清晰。
4、参与并与第三方机构紧密合作并管理预算,与整个业务的各个团队合作,使营销项目达到效果。
5、分配本地资源,实施营销计划,以广告、内容、社交和媒体的形式与当地的品牌/公关机构合作宣传。
