Key Responsibilities
Oversight the global security portfolios in APAC region, and the security workstream in global key programs
Work with the key stakeholders in various teams and groups to actively engage in different wider programs or initiatives of GICS, or other Technology departments
Provide security presence, input and support at an early stage and continue to provide SME advice throughout the project lifecycle
Deliver, follow up and address key security concerns or issues identified in the key programs
Liaise within the security teams/SMEs on thematic issues and common security practices
Deliver the tasks assigned by regional and global senior management.
Your skills and experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and flexible team player. Evidence of being in a position responsible for communicating technical issues to non-technical users. E.g. Formal stakeholder engagement/communications, Steering Committees
At least 5 years’ experience working in project/portfolio management, ideally in security
Structured and methodical in problem solving and get things delivered
A strong sense of ownership, with disposition to take responsibility and to lead by example
A sense and experience of technology risk management or ERM
Experience with leading security technologies or related technologies implementation
Experience of general technology infrastructure technologies and principles
An ability to manage priorities and work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to work with and influence stakeholder groups to achieve the desired outcomes
Excellent English language written and oral communication skills
Desirable qualifications
Related graduate degree
Ideally hold a PMP, Scrum Master or similar certification;
Other security management certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 LA, CISA, ITIL, are an advantage.
