CDM Service Delivery Manager, VP
Who we are looking for
This is a management position within Client Delivery Management Team APAC based in HZ. Primarily, the role will be responsible to manage the execution of Upstream Incident Remediation and Improvement Plans relating to select State Street and Client Critical issues .

What you will be responsible for
1. Responsible for the revie w and remediation of operational service delivery issues , reportable and non reportable 2. Perform analysis on selected STT and Client Critical Issues identifying high impact and key trends items for attention 3. Work with the responsible operations teams to gain a full understanding of the incident and to conduct root cause analysis 4. Create, prioritize, plan and lead the execution of identified improvement focused remediations on behalf of STT APAC and its client base 5. Build strong stakeholder and contributor relationship networks wherever necessary, including with Client Service, Oversight Governance, CoE's , Shared Services and Product teams to drive the execution of operational improvement plans 6. Assess operational effectiveness and implement changes which streamline functions, ensure an optimal service environment and appropriate technology utilization. 7. Communicate the overall Incident Remediation and Improvement event status to stakeholders including open issues status, areas of risk and steps being taken towards resolution 8. Work with regiona l Governance teams to ensure a consistency of goal alignment, trend assessment and reporting for all events worked on 9. Foster a sense of collaboration and urgency towards the execution of improvement outcomes with direct staff and within the broader team 10. Conduct performance planning and reviews for direct staff members 11. Be responsible and accountable for staff development and retention
