Sr. Finance Manager

Lead and drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis for ICT/GATD APAC. Monitor overall performance with the objective of ensuring that the entity meets business growth and profitability plans/strategy and comply with the relevant regulations, accounting principles and standards within TE's Corporate policies, procedures and strategic directions. Manage regional team of financial professionals.



- People Management and development

- Business Partner with functions/departments (local and global) providing financial and business support, analysis and guidance

- Collaborate with other business units (namely AUT) as needed to achieve BU objectives (PAC, CER's, Plants)

- Preparation and analysis of entity and/or country: budget, plan, forecast and month end results as per schedule and requirements; provide reviews and variance analysis as required; improve and achieve higher level of forecast accuracy

- Financial Reporting and Analysis

o Review FSS and financial reports and analysis according to the required schedule in order to ensure accuracy and meet performance review purposes

o Ensure proper controls and compliance adhered to with TE Financial Policies and DoA

- Working Capital Management

o Monitor inventory turnover performance as well as aging inventory

o Manage and review AR collection performance and customer credit

- Costing Accounting

o Review and approve annual costing prepared by Plant Controllers in order to ensure that they meet BU and relevant accounting standard requirements

- Sales Analysis and Business Development Support

o Report and review sales and margin performance, and support new business and market penetration to ensure profitable growth

- TEOA-F: drive process improvements, standard work and mindset within team on continuous improvement within Finance function and for processes that cross functions



- Bachelor degree (MBA preferred), CPA

- 5 years controller experience in a multinational company (i.e. approximately 10 years accounting, fp&a and finance experience in total)

- Adaptability, motivation, multi-cultural sensitivity, leadership skills, results-focused, analytical skills.

- System experience: SAP, Hyperion, BPC, MS Office
