You will be working in the Finance Department, specifically in the Consolidation division within the Group's Accounting and Consolidation team. You will work on the following:
Participate in the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual closings:
Routine administration of the Group's consolidation tool :
- Preparation of the reporting phases: rates, scope, provision of reporting packages, etc.
- Changes in configuration: chart of accounts, controls, input and output documents, monitoring of interfaces, etc.
Closing work :
- Preparation of closing work: drafting of closing instructions, preparation of certain consolidation restatements, etc.
- Verification of the consistency of the financial information reported by the subsidiaries.
- Support to subsidiaries for bundle entry
- Intra-group reconciliation
- Preparation, control and validation of consolidation entries recorded in the tool.
- Review of the consolidated financial statements
- Preparation of financial statements and notes
Produce analyses and participate in the production of consolidated financial statements for financial partners and investors.
Respond to requests from the statutory auditors or the Finance Department on the transactions you have processed.
Participate in the development and improvement of the reporting process.
Participate in the implementation, drafting and compliance with internal procedures for the department.
Participate in the regulatory monitoring of accounting standards on the consolidated financial statements.
Participate in cross-functional projects of various kinds (external growth, information system developments, application of new standards or regulations, etc.). Profile
You have a solid, operational, professional experience (minimum: 3/4 years) in consolidation according to IFRS standards within a consolidation unit or a consulting firm, with a good knowledge of consolidation tools such as SAP FC.
Good interpersonal skills are essential to be able to evolve Tikehau Capital's environment which is very dynamic and complex at the same time. It will also allow you to adapt to different work contexts and to communicate with people from different departments.
You have an international outlook (fluent English/French) and know how to work in project mode.
You have an ability to synthesize, good writing and presentation skills.
