Mission
At Tikehau Capital, ESG is an essential element in the decision-making process, embedded in the fundamental analysis of our investment teams. It is also a progressive approach and we need to add more strength to the ESG team. This position is a real opportunity to be part of a growing alternative asset manager and provide practical solutions to our financial analysts and portfolio companies.
  • Research and analyse ESG, climate and impact themes/indicators across a wide range of companies and sectors
  • Assist investment teams in ESG due diligence, ESG/impact action plans and monitoring
  • Oversee ESG and impact reports
  • Assist portfolio companies in ESG initiatives including an assessment of their carbon footprint
  • Respond to investors and other third parties queries re. ESG/CSR & Climate
  • Support other teams with CSR projects
  • Complete ad hoc projects to support our growing ESG operations including IT projects (ongoing ESG dashboard development)


Profile
  • Based in Paris
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Master's degree in environmental / sustainability / ESG studies would be a plus
  • A prior experience of minimum 2 years in environmental / carbon assessments, climate or quantitative research ESG/impact, CSR project management and/or datamodelling
  • Good team spirit, strong work ethic, and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel - Familiarity with financial tools and databases (e.g. Bloomberg) is also a plus
