Job description  Working together with the Head of M&A and the Chief of Staff to the Group CEO, the intern analyst will be involved on a large variety of topics, mainly covering M&A, Strategy, and Group projects. 

 On the M&A side the analyst will participate to the execution of ongoing transactions, building the pipeline for the upcoming years as well as potential target screenings and benchmarking analysis.

 On the strategy side the analyst will be exposed to business management and internal transformation projects, as well as drafting of briefing materials and preparation of top management meetings.

 The analyst will also participate in group-wide projects in coordination with number teams internally, which will provide them with great exposure within the company, as well as to ad-hoc analysis depending on the business requirements at the time.

M&A side

 Deal-oriented:

o Participate together with the Head of M&A and the deal teams in the ongoing acquisition projects as part of the strategic plan ‘Agility for Growth’.

o Monitor upcoming opportunities, identify targets through a detailed screening process.

o Benchmarking of financial performance with peers, valuation analysis.


o Support the Head of M&A on day-to-day business management topics.

o Draft M&A related briefing materials for the management team.

o Assist the Head of M&A in the preparation of monthly Investment Committees.

Strategy / CEO office side

Group projects:

o Participate together with the Chief of Staff in the structuring and coordination of internal transformation projects as part of the strategic plan ‘Agility for Growth’.

o Draft briefing materials for the Group CEO under the supervision of the Chief of Staff.


o Assist the Chief of Staff in the preparation of weekly and monthly Managing Board meetings with the top management.

o Support the Group CEO and Chief of Staff on day-to-day business management topics.

The ideal candidate


 Final or penultimate year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials.

 At least a first successful internship experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting or equivalent experience (corporate finance, strategy etc.) within a corporate, and preferably a financial institution.

 Fluent in English. Fluency in French will be a plus.
