Mission
Among Tikehau Investment Management, you will be part of the Real Estate department which manages a portfolio with assets of over EUR 2.6 billion in France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and Belgium. You will be based in Paris and will be working within a growing team working across Europe.
Your missions will include:
  • Day-to-day support of investment manager in relation to on-going investment opportunities and asset manager in relation to initiatives on the existing portfolio
  • Day-to-day liaison with finance team
  • To do market research and draft market reports,
  • Assets inspections, meetings with property managers, lawyers, tax advisors, architects, brokers and other third parties
  • Preparation of memos about investment opportunities and asset management initiatives (leasing, capital expenditures, financing, disposition)
  • Implementation, update and presentation of detailed cash flow models, budgets
The candidate will be based in Paris.

Profile
  • Strong academic credentials from a leading, internationally regarded university, engineering or business school
  • At least 1-year experience at an investment firm (real estate) or real estate asset manager
  • Robust in financial modelling (excel), analysis and research skills
  • Strong capabilities in drafting power point presentations
  • Curious, autonomous and reactive
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds
