Your main responsibilities will be split between strategy and corporate finance:
Corporate strategy
• Quarterly review of peers results and industry trends
− Sales strengths and weaknesses
− Financial performances
− Geographical moves
− Strategic positioning
• Contribution to ad hoc strategic reviews
− Assess development opportunities in new geographies / products
− Screening of potential M&A targets
Corporate finance
• Preparing specific financial analysis
− Subsidiaries equity level / profitability
− Cash management within the Group
• Assisting in corporate transactions execution
− Valuation preparation (DCF modelling, peers multiples)
− Legal documentation review
Qualifications:
• Currently undertaking a Master’s degree in a leading Business or Engineering school with a specialization in Strategy and/or Finance
• Previous experience in asset management/bank/audit consulting firm is an advantage
Personal Competencies:
• Fluency in English
• Literate in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Power point
• Strong relationship building skills and autonomy (capacity to carry out a project)
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Rigor and analytical skills
