Your Responsibilities

For the further development of our innovative business model, we are looking for a motivated Regional Director France, who will be responsible for growing our business in the French market, operating from our office in Berlin, with significant travel to
Paris/France (set-up with an office in France and part-time presence at Raisin headquarter in Berlin possible).

  • Full ownership of Raisin business in France both in terms of top-line generation and operational day-to-day management of the platform, in particular:
    • Leading of marketing and sales efforts to scale our platform in France
    • Planning and executing campaigns
    • Research, onboarding and ongoing management of new partnerships and channels in France, including large IFAs and incumbent banks
  • Onboarding of new (French) banking and distribution partners
    • Market screening, identification and lead generation with potential bank partners
    • Acquisition of new bank partners, including coordination of the onboarding of new partners with the partners and internal teams
  • Driving the localization of the French platform in close alignment with all key departments
  • Ownership of local PR activities of Raisin in France
  • Participation in high-profile industry events and building of a relevant network in France

Your Profile

  • University degree in business, economics or a comparable field, preferably with a focus on finance
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in consulting, finance (e.g. banks or service providers), financial comparison sites, affiliates, ideally in combination with points of contact to the start-up and/or FinTech industry
  • Having worked in b2b sales or business development functions is of advantage
  • Experience in areas of treasury, liquidity management or deposit products are highly beneficial
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and the ability to work and communicate in a fast-paced international environment
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Winning personality with ability to build long-lasting relationships
  • Native French or comparable abilities and fluency in English, other European languages are a plus
