Our tax lawyers advise multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds, domestic corporations, joint ventures, emerging companies, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), and tax-exempt organizations.

About the Role

Your responsibilities:
Advising on all tax aspects of M&A transactions, private equity, venture capital investments, and corporate restructurings.
Structuring and implementing acquisition, investment, and financing structures from a tax perspective.
Working closely with colleagues in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, Restructuring, Finance, Capital Markets, and other practice groups.
Helping to manage ongoing client relationships and support business development initiatives.
