Your role
Interested in working in a cross divisional client coverage team spanning across Investment Banking and Wealth Management? Do you want to join a leading global bank with a culture that places clients, long-term relationships and acting responsibly above all else? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) Graduate Talent Program in Frankfurt.
You'll get to:
• work closely with Senior GFIW Bankers and collaborate across all the bank's divisions to provide a seamless access to the best of UBS
• proactively support the team in handling complex solutions across Investment Banking (IB), Global Wealth Management (GWM) and Asset Management (AM)
• support the team in developing business opportunities and client acquisition
• identify clients' needs and dedicated solutions within the global UBS platform
• understand sources of risks, support the team with administrative, legal, compliance and risk related tasks
Your team
Global Family & Institutional Wealth (GFIW) is a cross-divisional client service offering. The offering leverages capabilities from the UBS Investment Bank and client coverage from Global Wealth Management to address the execution, investment, risk management, financing and banking needs of family offices and their corporate entities as well as entrepreneurs.
By joining the GFIW Germany team in Frankfurt, you will play an important role in providing solutions tailored to the individual needs of each client. You will work alongside Senior Bankers with deep knowledge of the industry, enjoy client interaction and engagement with stakeholders across the firm.
Our combined efforts will help manage, preserve, and grow our franchise sustainably.
Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who:
• has completed their master's degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
• has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in German required
• has financial know-how (preferably in corporate finance or financial markets) gained from experience in the banking sector
• has strong interest in financial and capital markets, comprising all asset classes
• is self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous, yet collaborative environment
• has sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• is keen to serve clients and able to handle different customer needs
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
