ETF CRM Specialist (m/f)

Lyxor Asset Management has the aim to deliver sustainable performance solutions anchored on research and risk management and to offer enhanced transparency, liquidity and flexibility. The Teams in Lyxor offer customized investment management services in ETFs & Indexing, Absolute Return & Solutions as well as in Alternatives & Multi-Management.

The ETF CRM Specialist will be responsible for pre-trade and post-trade client operations such as RFPs, Regulatory Reports, Contracts, etc.

The ETF CRM Specialist will also be expected to ensure coordination between sales teams and clients, and also the rest of Lyxor organisation. He will guarantee compliance with rules and procedures of internal sales and service as the interface between all persons involve in the client relationship.

Your Main Responsibilities:


  1. Ad-hoc requests
    • Manage the answers to all clients ad-hoc requests
    • Manage the customer claims process in tandem with the departments involved (sales, management, marketing, legal, compliance, etc.)
  2. Contracts
    • Take part in clients projects and discussion to enhance service, and more broadly, to develop new business opportunities
    • Manage the good production, delivery and implementation of all specific contracts done with important clients
    • Follow-up on due diligence through the enhancement of the information delivered to fund selection team across Europe
    • Manage the sending of official communications regarding products news
  3. RFP & Due Diligence
    • Answer client RFPs and Due Diligence requests
    • Organize on site due diligence visits with clients
  4. Regulatory Reportings
    • Manage a number of special reports for clients to answer their regulatory reporting requirements
    • Manage the automatisation of all clients reporting on a central basis
  5. KYC
    • Launch KYC on boarding process in the case of investment advisory
  6. Data Dissemination
    • Functional supervision of the dissemination of data produced by Lyxor Digital Team within German-speaking data providers (WM and others)


Your Profile

Experience & Technical Skills

  • University degree in Finance or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge of financial markets, banking and asset management
  • Experience in ETFs strongly preferred
  • Ability to analyze and summarize
  • Fluent in both, English and German (written and orally) is required, another language is a plus

  • Ability to cover various client environments
  • Ability to manage projects involving varied and transversal knowledge in asset management
  • Ability to multi task
