Area of responsibility

• Human Resources management, implementation of the HR day-to-day business, which also includes advice and support of our approximately 180 executives and employees on human resources issues

• Responsible for preparation of HR Budgets, Forecasts, and cost allocation for the headquarters in Frankfurt and the Vienna office

• Responsible for the timely execution of the (outsourced) payroll and all related tasks

• Create statistics, ad-hoc analyses and Reports within the VTB group

• Be a contact person for social security institutions, financial offices and internal and external auditors

• Support and development of our social benefits and occupational pensions

• Definition and coordination of HR processes in accordance with group requirements with HR operations Teams in London and Moscow

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification of the Personnel Manager (m/w), or University degree, preferably with a major in Human Resources

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the Human Resources Department in an international environment with focus on HR Operations

• Very good understanding of the calculation and accounting of personnel expenses

• Sound knowledge in social insurance and wage tax law and labor law

• Strong Service and customer orientation, confident and independent, result-oriented way of working in connection with the request, existing expertise to expand

• Detailed-oriented, Aptitude to multi-task and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, German and English, Russian is an advantage
