Area of responsibility

• Responsible for establishing of working relationships with line managers and employees (about 180 employees) to effectively resolve employee relation issues in matters of personnel recruitment, personnel management, motivation and development and other personnel-related issues

• Further development of the communication of a multi-disciplinary and entrepreneurially oriented corporate culture

• Recruiting, succession planning and leadership development

• Coordination and implementation of the annual Performance Management process

• Implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and implementation of HR tools, taking into account the group requirements

• Cooperation and coordination with the HR Teams in London and Moscow, as well as participation in local and international projects

• Constructive cooperation with the works council

• Preparation of various management reports

Requirements

• University degree with a major in Human management or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in the area of Human Resources in an international environment

• Operational as well as strategic consulting and solution expertise in all the relevant topics along the HR value chain (workforce planning, procurement, control, and development)

• Ability to prioritize rapidly, strong problem solving skills, strong analysis/decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple projects across various organizations

• Extensive knowledge in employment law, as well as in the cooperation with the works council

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills associated with developing trusting relationships

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, German and English, Russian is an advantage.
