Twelve Capital is an established independent investment manager specialising in insurance investments for institutional clients. It is also a leading provider of capital to the insurance and reinsurance industry. Twelve Capital has offices in Zurich, London and Munich. Currently the firm manages approx. USD 4bn and has over 40 employees. This role will be located in Germany in the firm’s new office in Munich. It will provide an exciting opportunity to assist in the growth and development of the German entity, whilst contributing on a wider scale to the overall strategy of the Group.


We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to expand our client service capabilities and extend our distribution and investment marketing initiatives globally. The successful candidate would report directly to the Managing Director, Marketing & Client Services.


  • Co-ordinate, prepare and oversee substantive client portfolio reviews and specific client pitches
  • Develop and maintain client presentations and marketing materials across a variety of jurisdictions, reflecting changing investment markets and investor needs
  • Support the co-ordination of client meetings and events
  • Oversee campaign management such as new product launches, including respective mailings and hosting of webinars and/or client calls
  • Frequent interaction with portfolio management, operations and sales
  • Handle ad-hoc Client Service requests from the various stakeholders


  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the asset management or financial services industry
  • University degree or professional equivalent
  • Proficient knowledge of financial markets and investment products and willingness to expand knowledge in asset management, investment products and asset classes
  • Thorough understanding of operational tasks with a flexible and adaptive work approach
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to generate an exceptional output on a timely basis
  • Professional, client oriented with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Collaborative, pro-active team player with a can-do attitude and a ‘hands-on’ approach
  • Accomplished writing skills and numeracy
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact and integrate across numerous functions within the Group
  • Excellent command of German and English both written and orally
  • Demonstrable competence with modern communication tools and platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be willing to work as part of a small team in Munich, along with the teams based in Zurich and London
  • Candidate must have the Right to Work in Germany
