Location: Munich
Key Responsibilities - Planning and designing the development of the practice, covering every programme and proactively monitoring its overall progress, risks ,resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate;
- Defining the programme's governance arrangements; Quality assurance and overall integrity of the programme
- focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programme; and
- outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes and corporate technical and specialist standards
- Business Development with in the portfolio and also collaborating with the field new business sales and client partner teams to grow the presence across the existing and new customers ideally
- Work with key stakeholders in customer environments in an advisory capacity by bringing in key thought leadership and Cognizant assets to customers
- Establishing strong relationship with key (Artificial Intelligence & Analytics) stakeholders in customer environments and establish highest level of customer satisfaction
- Managing and motivating the team members by providing them career development support for also supporting them on their needs in performing their roles efficiently
Job Requirements - Mandatory English - Full fluency
- Proven track record in a similar role working on large, complex projects ideally in the MANLOG sector.
- Successful and demonstrable record of delivering successful Enterprise Information Management projects - covering but not limited to:- BI, DW, Data Governance, Database Management, Data Archiving and Retention, Data Quality, SAP BW , SAP CRM , Cloud Aetna etc
- Strong stakeholder management experience including a hard fought and fiercely protected key executive contact network across relevant domain area of focus
- Exceptional business development and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Tools
