As a core member of the Global Assurance Talent team and Asia-Pacific Assurance Talent team this is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to experience working in a truly Global team. This role offers the successful applicant to work directly on the talent agenda for the largest service line Audit and two of the firms fastest growing sub service lines (FAAS and FIDS). Working closely with the Global Talent team together will develop and implement a global talent strategy which includes recruitment & onboarding; engagement activities and career development. As a parallel this role will be actively working with Asia-Pacific regions to operationalize some of these important priorities. There will also be the opportunity to work on ad-hoc Assurance projects dependent on workload.
Ideally this role would suit someone who has gained experience working in a regional talent team and is looking to broaden their experience.
Acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for talent acquisition into the business
Partners with service line and talent leaders to devise strategies and implement solutions for defined programmes across a range of countries and functions
Manages complex, multi-hire sourcing strategies across multiple markets
Utilizes existing tools including but not limited to LinkedIn, Avature and Taleo to generate and maintain candidate pipelines
Maintains talent pools and keeps candidates warm in the pipeline
Undertakes hands on research and mapping on executive search assignments
Works with the business and the Talent Acquisition research team to build and maintain an accurate and in depth map of the talent market, identifying clusters of specialist talent and tracking movements of key individuals as required.
Partners with external vendors as required to ensure business requirements are met and an exceptional client and candidate experience is maintained
Maintains external networks and knowledge base to ensure ability to drive current ‘best in class’ delivery and provide ideas and suggestions around evolving innovations related to new sourcing tools and technologies to improve the team’s capabilities
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting team delivering on complex, multi hire projects
Extensive experience executing and delivering talent mapping projects for clients
Experience in managing complex client and stakeholder relationships
Experience in navigating a large matrix structure with a proven ability to resolve organizational conflicts
Expertise in a range of sourcing methodologies, both advertising and search led
High level of business acumen and professional gravitas
Demonstrated creativity and a personal drive to innovate
A high level of capability and versatility in communication, both written and verbal, to allow rapport building across a range of demographics
An ability to rapidly assimilate information and develop robust knowledge in a range of markets and technical functions to enable effective sourcing and assessment of required skills and capabilities
