Responsibilities
- Responsible for requirement gathering, functional requirement, user stories and business process requirement
- Have knowledge in the Capital Markets onboarding experience either in operations or on a project basis
- Strong understanding on capital market products and banking experience is highly preferred
- Responsible for delivering projects and strong ability in defining and deconstructing problems
- Experience in prioritising issues, analysis, and team management
- Ability to analyse client’s operational and financial data
- Manage multiple projects and individuals workstreams
- Communicating project statuses to senior management
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in trade support, middle office or consulting
- Experience in managing projects and change management
- Ability to analyse problems (have an analytical and quantitative approaches)
- Able to communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written) and work well in cross-functional teams
- Prince 2/Agile/Waterfall is preferred
