Our client is a global financial solution that provides software and analytics to investment banks. They specialise in solutions to help track market intelligence and investor communications. They have been in the industry for more than 10 years and would like to expand their business here in HK and APAC regions

The ideal candidate will be working closely with clients and also working with internatl teams. You will be natural at building strong relationships and gaining trust from your clients. Here's what you will work on: 

  • You will provide consulative guidance for our software solution and advise on product capabilities. 
  • You will develop strategy and proactively identifying measures to help clients with their contracts and solutions. 
  • You will provide clients training resources to ensure product usage across the organization. 
  • You will communicate with key clients and business partners on significant issues. You will proactively improve to existing process and think creatively to promote new ideas that will benefit the team.

The qualified candidate: 

  • +7 years experience in the software/FSI industry with proven track record performing in account management or business development. 
  • Strong communciation skills with excellent written and verbal presentaiton skills. 
  • Great understanding in solution selling, basic knowledge in software implementation and strong understanding of client challenges. 
  • Ability to present and communicate in fluent level of English, Mandarin speaking is a plus. 
  • Willing to travel to clients when needed.
