Accounting Manager
Senior Accountant/ Accounting Manager
- Handle full set of account and financial reports in Types 1, 4, 9 regulated activities
- Handle daily cash flow, client money, segregation, bank reconciliations in compliance with the SFO/AML timely and accurately
- Perform fund accounting, review monthly NAV calculation, etc
- Prepare and monitor daily and monthly FRR in compliance with the SFO ¨ Prepare management reports and financial statements, forecast cash flow
- Liaise with internal colleagues and external parties for audit, annual tax return and other accounting and finance matters
- Perform ad hoc assignment as required Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance with minimum 3-year relevant working experience
- Familiar with HK Accounting Standards, rules, and regulations of the SFC and SEHK ¨ Familiar with margin financing, IPO, placing and underwriting
- Able to work independently, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and analytical mind ¨ Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
