Job Description

• Coordinate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
• Prepare and process expense claims accurately and on time, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
• Support day-to-day office operations, maintaining an efficient and well-organised working environment.
• Arrange logistics for meetings and calls, including scheduling, materials preparation, and AV set-up.
• Assist in organising internal events and provide support for marketing-related activities where required.
• Provide team support by covering colleagues during leave and assisting with ad hoc administrative needs.

The Successful Applicant

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus
• Maintain confidentiality on all aspects of workload
• Good organizational skills and attention to details
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and work well with others
• Proficiency in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint
