Provide general administration and office service, Ensures office equipment maintenance, and Organize Corporate events and staff recreational activities

Job Description:

  1. Provide general administration and office service for the Company, e.g. office renovation, relocation, procurement and supplies, office security, office equipment maintenance and repair, fixed assets management and ad hoc duties etc.;
  2. Ensures office equipment maintenance e.g. orders supplies, furniture, equipment and/or textbooks are in accordance with department guidelines; 
  3. Organize Corporate events and staff recreational activities, e.g. Birthday Party, Conference and Annual Dinner etc;
  4. Assist to review, formulate and implement administration policies and procedures to meet with the Company needs;
  5. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years administration experience in a sizable organization;
  2. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and good communication skills;
  3. Be responsible and proactive, with probity and good character
  4. Good communication in both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English proficiency is a must;
  5. Demonstrated ability to take initiative with a service-oriented mindset;
  6. Working knowledge of full suite Microsoft Office, e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc and Chinese typing skills;
  7. Previous experience coordinating company events is a plus.
