Multiple clients of ours are currently looking to meet with candidates with experience in providing administrative support and past work experience as an executive/personal assistant.Great opportunity to work for teams withing top tier banking institutions.

Job duties:

  • Handle and perform general administration duties for large teams within the banking sector; including preparing presentations, managing expenses, drafting and sending letters and invitations 
  • Handle internal and external mails/ courier arrangements
  • Management of multiple diaries, booking meeting rooms, event coordination, travel arrangements 
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Diploma holder or above 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role in banking 
  • Excellent organistational skills 
  • Energetic, positive, cheerful, detail-oriented, organised, mature, with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • Immediate availability is preferred
