We are looking for a candidate to handle the full spectrum of administrative/ operational work

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance to the Group, including diary, meeting, appointment schedule management, meeting minute drafting etc.
  • Handle full spectrum of office administration function such as office documentation management and office security, etc.;
  • Handle general professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature;
  • Responsible for the management and follow-up of the daily administrative affairs of the Group;
  • Establish and improve the Group's administrative office management system, management of all relevant documents, archives and seals;
  • Responsible on solving all operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner;
  • Organize and prepare the regular/ ad-hoc reports as assigned by management;
  • Responsible for key HR duties including recruitment, training & development and etc., and;
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

A successful administrative manager should possess the following qualities:

  • Minimum 5 years proven relevant work experience, office administration and human resources work experience from financial industry is highly preferred
  • Experience working in an administrative capacity at a fast-paced financial firm
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment
  • Fluent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
  • Well-organized, able to handle multi-tasks within an intense environment and prioritize works under tight schedule
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
