As a strategic direction advisor, you’ll use your analytical ability to translate the corporate strategy of leading organizations into meaningful change. Working in high-performing teams, you’ll help clients develop growth strategies, improve strategic decision-making and planning, define more effective operating models and develop strategic profit improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and report of change management activities and tasks to the program

  • Address people and communication related issues in the program

  • Prepare and maintain communication strategy and plan with alignment to the overall program plan

  • To develop training strategy based on the scope of the technological changes brought upon by the program and coordinate with other implementation teams during training preparation, delivery and evaluation

  • Liaise with vendors and services providers, and manage contractual relationships and agreed deliverables

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience preferably with at least 50% in leading consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, Accenture, IBM GBS, Oliver Wyman, Mercer)
  • Proven experience in change management (change impact assessment, stakeholder management, cultural alignment, communication and training) as a consultant
  • Welcome candidates with business process re-engineering and study / Customer experience and AI experience as well
  • Preferred experience but not only limited to public sector (government, education etc.), Real Estate, Telecommunications
  • Fluent English and Chinese
