Key Responsibilities: - Responsible to work on incident problem and service request as part of application maintenance
- Adhere to the expected service levels complying with service metrics such as Response and Resolution times
- Work on minor to medium enhancement tickets in .Net applications
- Manage and deliver scheduled application tasks
Role requirements: - Previous working experience in application support environment using C#, Asp.Net
- Knowledge on My SQL, MS Access and general understanding of the ITIL Framework
- Experience in API, Web Service & VB6 is an advantage
- Experience in using ticketing system and hands-on with the workflow from initiation and closure of P1 to P4 support ticket
- Ready to work in shift & on call support for emergency issue
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
