The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and be responsible primarily for the daily servicing of our retail and institutional clients in Hong Kong and/or China.   Key Responsibilities

  • Handle clients’ enquiries and requests via phone, written correspondence
  • Liaise with the operational teams to resolve any queries on client instructions and dealing related activities
  • Handle referrals and escalations from team members
  • Handle client onboarding and account maintenance to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage client complaints ensuring regulatory deadlines and requirements are adhered to
  • Maintain the contact management tool (CRM) logging clients’ activities
  • Lead projects and initiatives to ensure a consistent and positive client experience
  • Support and provide information to key stakeholders across the business whenever necessary
Qualifications
  • University graduate with minimum 5 years of customer service experience in financial industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate in delivering exceptional client services
  • Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
  • Fluency in verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • SFC Type 1 licensed
