We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Accounts Payable manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Manages an Accounts Payable operations department ensuring timely processing of all approved invoices, journals, and staff Travel and Entertainment claims within the country
  • Ensuring adherence to internal and external policies and procedures, as well as ensuring controls are in place to counter fraud, bribery and incorrect, duplicate payments, as well as to report and recover incorrect payments made
  • Ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial transactions recorded in Accounts Payable and Global Ledger systems, monitors and report accuracy and efficient of operations
  • Responds to related internal and external customer inquiries and resolves issues of a non routine nature
  • Manages the local Accounts Payable team

  • Proven experience in similar accounts payable and operational roles
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good communication skills with the ability to deal with different stake holders at all level
  • Familiar with the payment systems and the related accounting systems for accounting reporting
