Job Description
Role Summary
Achieve profitable growth & development of assigned districts in Regions in terms of sales, productivity and recruitment

Result Areas
  • PC, Productivity & Head Count Growth with gross increase in Special Profiles
  • Regional Leadership Team (RLT) - Initiatives for boosting recruitment activity, productivity and knowledge
  • Regional Events Management - Orchestrate, and monitor the delivery of results
  • Stabilize defected / substandard districts with retention and growth strategy        
  • Design and execution of district challenges 

Experience & Qualification
  • 10 years Life Insurance Industry experience
  • Degree holder

Knowledge & Skills 
  • Good understanding of agency operations & management issues
  • Result and action oriented. Resilient, flexible and be a good problem solver
  • Leadership and management competency. Strategic mindset and visionary, able to think beyond status quo    
  • Good presentation and motivational skills. Persuasive and able to convey ideas, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Able to handle conflicts and self motivated in difficult situations
