Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, contingency, geopolitical, operational, credit, pension, insurance, financial crime and regulatory compliance, market and reputation risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Administration, Remediation Management Office .

Principal responsibilities

  • Record management - maintaining records, disseminating information and reports filing
  • Data administration - data entry and analysis; preparing tables, charts and presentations; produce documents or reports for the team under supervision
  • Logistics management - Co-ordinating activities, and arranging visits and meetings
  • Participate in project meetings and follow up with team members as required
  • Provide business management support to the team, including support in business planning activities which may include financial, technological and business continuity


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Solid experience in handling Microsoft Office applications (e.g. EXCEL, WORD, Powerpoint)
  • Aptitude for figures and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (incl. verbal and written English)
  • Strong coordination abilities and work ethics
  • Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and proactive
