Principal responsibilities

  • ​To participate in system development projects for Service Delivery operations
  • To ensure project complies with agreed Group Standards
  • To establish effective controls and procedures
  • To act as an Business Analyst to gather users' requirements
  • To develop End User Computing application with MicroSoft Access and Excel Macro
  • To ensure all technology deliverables and outputs are completed on time with good quality
  • Practical experience in service modelling and design, development and maintaining automation

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in computer science, business or related discipline
  • Experience in business analysis, project management, system development and support
  • Proficient in MicroSoft Access and Excel Macro
  • Having Query Management working experience is preferable
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical mind with good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English with good communication skills
