We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Distribution Governance .

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, for example developing new excel tool or data enquiry
  • Prepare regular risk Key Performance Indicators, and perform deep dive analysis
  • Prepare Risk MI commentary and regular reporting
  • Act as a first line of defense to ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements
  • Support the team on Regulatory Compliance projects, including gap analysis, training material, management deck, channel news, system requirement and User Acceptance Tests
  • Participate in Project Workgroup, and system development process
  • Liaise with second line of defense and channel on the projects implementation
  • Responsible for the market intelligence database, ongoing tracking on key competitors activities
  • Provide regular update on market new products, product comparison, campaign or promotions to Management


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree in relevant discipline
  • Solid years of experience in financial services, particularly insurance or wealth management products retailing to the mass affluent via multiple distribution channels
  • Proven experience of Insurance regulatory environment and industry practice
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to influence, engage and lead in a positive and inspiring manner
