We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Member Services .

Principal responsibilities

  • Assist to review team overall deliverables for Mandatory Provident Fund and Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance schemes
  • Handle specific client requests and escalations from members, employers, fund managers, external trustees and authorities
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, trust deed, policy and procedures is consistent across the team
  • Driving the organization for excellent, maintain successful and mutually supportive working relationships with all staff members
  • Key drivers of system and procedures to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of operation
  • Key contact to major clients. Provide value added advice and resolve issues for clients, managing client expectations


Qualifications
Requirements
  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  • Extensive working experience within areas of pension funds, Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance schemes and Mandatory Provident Fund
  • Good people management skills with the ability to lead, coach and supervise a team
  • Client focused with good customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexible in a dynamic environment and proactive in driving change
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a plus
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
