We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Pricing.

Principal responsibilities

  • Provide daily global pricing validation and support to end user business areas by ensuring report qualities are upheld and maintained by pricing administrators
  • Perform pricing data quality checks across various financial products
  • Support Management in data analytics for Strategic Pricing Solution and other key strategic Pricing projects when required
  • Maintain good product knowledge on securities, understands pricing flow and terminologies, impact of corporate actions
  • Proactively investigate and resolve pricing queries and issues to ensure all data provided to end users is validated.
  • Assist and manage the team to remain compliant with risk management requirements set out in the Group Standards Manual
  • Escalate any quality and control breaches with recommendation, if possible


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Degree holder in computer science, finance, mathematics, statistics or related disciplines with at least one year of experience working in a financial institution
  • Strong experience in financial institutions with hands on operations on derivatives valuation, product control or risk management.
  • Strong numeric skills and good knowledge of pricing and risk on derivative products is essential
  • Proven experience of delivery in a financial institution environment is preferable
  • Resourceful, creative, self motivated and highly analytical person with ability to work either in a team or individually
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
