Our client, a Chinese Financial Services Company is looking for Assistant Manager/Senior Officer, Administration in general office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of office administration duties, including but not limited to office management, facilities management, leasing negotiation and renewal, repair and maintenance as well as office renovation project and correspondence follow-up in order to ensure smooth office operations
  • Responsible for the procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Responsible for corporate insurance, contract renewal and travel arrangement
  • Assist in formulating and implementing office administration policies and guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal departments to execute company activities
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University Graduate in Business Administration, Project Management or other related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years relevant working experience
  • Exposure in finance/ insurance field is preferred
  • Initiative, systematic, resourceful, well organized and good communication and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
