We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Marketing Manager .

Principal responsibilities

  • Supporting the campaign management team to effectively execute Marketing communications campaigns and activities
  • Interacting with agreed agency partners in the development and delivery of Global Business Line campaigns and activities that form part of the annual Marketing plan
  • Working with internal stakeholders to activate campaigns through supporting with event deliverables, content and messaging and deploying accordingly
  • Execute effective global and local campaigns, platforms and campaign assets that can be used consistently across the markets
  • Implement the agreed campaign and activities in line with the agreed Marketing plan, budget and activity schedule
  • Work with agencies and third parties to deliver campaigns and assets to time and in budget
  • Work with a range of key stakeholders across Marketing teams and the business to share outputs and best practice, securing alignment and buy in of campaign objectives
  • Work with Marketing Communication managers and agency personnel to align and integrate activity, as well as inform and guide Marketing head and other team members
  • Assume day to day management of agencies and other third party suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
  • Support the marketing campaign activities and operation tasks
  • Support the marketing analysis report
  • Handle the input of all marketing effectiveness and budget report
  • Support the admin task of the marketing team

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • Relevant banking experience and exposure to marketing or advertising field is preferred
  • Ensure smooth execution, strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills will be an advantage
  • Ability to execute marketing initiatives in accordance with the marketing strategies for respective products and segments set out in annual planning to achieve business targets
  • Work relatively independently with good problem solving skills while interfacing with other parties
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint is preferred
  • Attentive to details and numeric
