We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Marketing Manager, Customers Insights.

Principal responsibilities

  • Support the appropriate application of the Marketing Customer Strategy and Insight budget and implementation of research initiatives
  • Manage relationship with research suppliers to ensure research initiatives delivered on time, within budget and up to expectation.
  • Define and develop the research required to support the business in evolving and delivering propositions that meet our customer needs and generate revenue
  • Help Marketing and the business to better understand our customers by gleaning and reviewing their feedback, evaluating propositions and new ideas through quantitative and qualitative methods
  • Adopt an insight driven approach to marketing
  • Develop and implement tracking measurements of customer experience to identify areas for improvement
  • Understanding the underlying causes of customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction across all processes and touch points.
  • Perform analysis of market sentiment and customer, provide insights for shaping Marketing activity and the development of business strategies


Qualifications
Requirements
  • Degree level of qualification in marketing and/or business studies preferred.
  • Proven market research experience and broad based commercial experience, ideally with a Financial Services institution.
  • Customer insight, analytical and statistical experience with ability to generate insights for business from research findings.
  • Experience or background in commercial banking segment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project planning and management skills and able to liaise with different parties to accomplish projects and deliver quality outputs.
  • Good understanding of technology developments and emerging consumer and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated to cope with the demands of a multi-geography environment, regional research experience and language skills are beneficial
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
