Assistant Procurement Project Manager

Assistant Procurement Project Manager, 1-year Contract

Our client is a leading listed commercial bank in Hong Kong and is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the procurement team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspect of the procurement process
  • Gather purchasing needs on hardware, software license and services with
    internal users
  • Liaise with vendor for price negotiation, terms, lead time
  • Manage purchase orders, delivery arrangement and cost
  • Prepare executive report and statistical data

Requirements:
  • Graduated with diploma degree in Purchasing, Logistics, Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Procurement
  • Strong in problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills and able to
    work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills including written and spoken Chinese (must) and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Sensitive in numbers and good in calculation
  • Working experience in IT related firms would be an advantage
