The successful incumbents will:

Job Responsibilities:

Risk Policy

  • To formulate risk policy, draft proposals and policy papers, update relevant rules and procedures as a result of new business, regulatory and/or risk management initiatives
  • To plan, coordinate and review project tasks including risk policy formulation, internal approval, user requirements definition and implementation and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders

External Engagement

  • To develop and execute external engagement strategies for various clearing risk management initiatives
  • To act as the primary contact to communicate various clearing risk management policies and initiatives to external stakeholders
  • To organize regular and ad-hoc external engagement activities (e.g. seminars, workshops, risk working group, etc.)

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree, preferably in Risk Management / Finance / Economics or related discipline
  • Holder of relevant professional qualification an advantage, preferably FRM or CFA
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and/or risk policy formulation in well-established financial organizations an advantage
  • Strong communication, client engagement and project management skills
  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience, of which at least 2 years at management level, preferably in well-established financial organizations
  • Conversant with MS Word / Excel / Outlook / Presentation
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
