Assistant Vice President, Capital Management, Finance

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review capital adequacy return, analyze the movement and report to senior management
  • Support capital management process including capital planning, annual Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment exercise, stress testing, planning and execution of capital issuance and dividend distribution
  • Keep track of regulatory development and review implication to the Bank
  • Drive/participate in cross-functional regulatory change projects and initiatives
  • Review and advise capital treatment of new products and services
  • Streamline periodic reports and regular analytic review through digitization
  • Support the preparation of management presentation, peers analysis and trend analysis


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Possess 5 to 8 years' working experience preferably in regulatory, capital/ risk management in banking industry
  • Prior experience with public accounting firm / regulatory body will be an advantage
  • Sound Knowledge of Banking (Capital) Rules requirements
  • Good knowledge of financial products and services
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Self-motivated, strong problem solving capability and good analytical skills

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate
