Associate/Analyst – CORPORATE FINANCE (M&A, leveraged finance - Korean Speaking)

Job Description

• Prepare presentation, credit memo, and marketing material mainly for M&A advisory, leveraged finance, and fund facility
• Develop and review financial models within broadly defined guidelines
• Support deal sourcing activities and client relationship management
• Participate and support daily execution works on various transactions 

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of M&A and financing related accounting and law concepts and principles
• Clear, enthusiastic, and confident communication abilities (both written and oral)
• Highly motivated and keen to take initiative; work effectively both independently and with other colleagues; have high levels of integrity and professionalism
• Native or fluency in both English and Korean
• Fluent Mandarin is advantageous
• 2 ~ 5 years’ experience in a commercial bank, investment bank, accounting firm, or asset management company
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics from a top-ranked university
