Job DescriptionAs a member of the Southeast Asia COO team, the Business Support Associate will play a key role in supporting the Southeast Asia business. The Southeast Asia COO team is responsible for supporting the Country Heads and coordinating with the respective Lines of Business and support teams in the Southeast Asia countries, to ensure that all governance, regulatory and control obligations are addressed timely, effectively and efficiently.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities will include

  • Assist Southeast Asia management in development and implementation of established strategic goals and objectives
  • Assist in governance/controls support for the legal entities in Southeast Asia
  • Analyze and report business performance for Senior Management
  • Establish and execute efficient processes for updating recurring business reporting packages
  • Research, prepare, and present written and verbal reports on a variety of strategic topics
  • Assist with the design, development and the implementation of any regional metrics system and dashboards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Participate in special projects

  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change
  • Highly organized and self-disciplined to meet multiple concurrent deadlines
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
