Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is expanding massively in the region and is looking to hire an Associate Director, Sales Execution/Strategy, in Hong Kong. We're very keen to speak to experienced Sales/Relationship Management professionals with excellent negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin. The role will be working closely with the Relationship Management team to negotiate on pricing, upsell services, and close deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with teams of relationship managers to define negotiation strategies for key and complex accounts and client strategies for the region
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and coordinate with colleagues to execute
  • Lead the negotiation on contract renewal with key accounts in the region
  • Work with senior management on budgeting

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of working experience in Business Development/ Relationship Management/ Account Management, ideally in the Financial Services industry 
  • Motivated self-starter with excellent negotiation skills and strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
  • Team player, abilities to build trusting relationships both internally and externally
  • University degree in economics, finance, business, or other relevant disciplines
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
