Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include:

  • Plan and host corporate access events including coordinate large scale conferences, corporate days, field trips, bespoke trips and non-deal roadshows.
  • Work closely with research team and equity sales teams to develop content of the corporate access activities.
  • Regular contact with senior management & investor relations of corporates and institutions Investor throughout pre-marketing, execution and feedback stages of corporate events.
  • Meeting scheduling for conferences and corporate days across APAC regions. Liaise with target groups to confirm attendance, group meeting schedule and logistic
  • Content and events logistics management
  • Data management
  • Other ad hoc-duties as assigned

Successful candidates will have:
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • At least 3 years related work experience, including Corporate Access. Equity Access, Equity Research or Sales, Sales Trading.
  • The ability to communicate in a clear, concise and accurate manner and interact with people at various levels, both internally and externally.
  • Good judgment and the ability to think and problem solve independently.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize a heavy workload to meet deadlines.
  • A team player.
  • Travel is required.
