Our client, a multinational banking and financial services institution, is looking for Associate, Human Resources to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong.
- Provide support to Compensation & Benefits function
- Maintain employees’ master records and data accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll and accounting reports
- Prepare monthly contribution of provident fund
- Prepare actual and forecast reports in terms of headcount and expenses
- Prepare tax returns to employees and tax filing
- Perform benefits administration and support annual group insurance renewal
- Execute process improvement, support system enhancement under guidance
- Assist in any HR related initiatives and projects
Requirements:
- University graduate preferably with a major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors will be an advantage
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
