This role will provide administration support to the IMO Asia team and work closely with the IMO administration support in Europe.

Department Description

Investment Management Operations (IMO) provides integrated operational expertise across Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset and Currency Management. We are also responsible for pre-trade services including order generation, compliance and cashflow monitoring. We drive the development and growth of securities lending, derivatives and securities financing. We lead third-party investment manager oversight, sub-advisory operational oversight and support derivative broker relationship management. We are key enablers for the strategic IM Transformation programme and product-related initiatives. We are a global team based in Dublin, London, Hong-Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo.

Purpose of the Role

This role will provide administration support to the IMO Asia team and work closely with the IMO administration support in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • IMO Monthly Stats generation
  • Report related activities
  • CCF oversight reports
  • Unclassified holdings
  • Discovery/ad-hoc requests/PM Reports (holdings, trade data etc)
  • Matrix monthly AUM report
  • Input into regular MI, committee and board reporting for derivatives and securities lending activities
  • Refresh daily files
  • Data
  • Raising Data fixing requests
  • IMO Product Hub maintenance (enrichment etc)
  • DC Data set up (not allocation or trading related)
  • Request data team to enrich new issue
  • IMO BWise Oversight
  • Derivatives Fund Governance administration, including tracking PM changes
  • Process improvements and procedural enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
  • Ongoing drive to move providers from Fax and on to Calastone.
  • Ensure that we have globally consistent procedures and processes across teams
  • Quarterly ODD Reminder and data collection
  • General support for activities and queries

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • The role entails managing multiple simultaneous tasks across many and varied business teams. Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organisation, and a highly organised approach are key.
  • Inquisitive, accurate, methodical and organised, with the ability to plan and prioritise work to deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a time sensitive environment
  • Strong PC skills especially Excel ,Powerpoint and Power BI.
