My client is an global financial technology provider and their headquarter in based in UK. They offer an electronic platform with integrated content, analytics, and technology to financial firms across the globe. They are now looking for an Associate Support Engineer to join their global support team in Hong Kong.

My client is an global financial technology provider and their headquarter in based in UK. They offer an electronic platform with integrated content, analytics, and technology to financial firms across the globe. They are now looking for an Associate Support Engineer to join their global support team in Hong Kong.

You will be providing 1st tier support to Global Financial Institutions in various reporting applications. It is also important to ensure all the incidents and events are logged systematically in the central ticking system so that the client facing team can respond and address the issue accordingly.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent English & Mandarin communication skills to handle enquires and provide technical support to external and internal users.

Other requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer related discipline
  • Experience in applications support
  • Strong in SQL and Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication skills in handling clients' enquiries
  • Ability to work in tight timeline
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Experience in Finance Industry is strongly preferred
